His stellar achievements in business coaching were recognized right from the start when he figured as the only US-based ActionCoach franchisee to receive the Action Man of the Year in 2002.
Over the last decade, he has coached about 1,500 entrepreneurs and professional coaches in 4 continents around the world, giving him a global perspective in his teachings. Eric Dombach earned his BS Engineering degree at Pennsylvania’s Messiah College and is a candidate with a point grade average of 4.0 for a Masters in Organizational Leadership at Virginia’s Regent University. Since 1993, he has been happily married to Deborah and fathers four children: Jeremiah, Hannah, Josiah and Judah. He was an Associate Pastor in his religious congregation in Pennsylvania between 1993 and 2000 and engages in hobbies like reading, leisure sports, and music listening in the fusion jazz guitar genre.
